Below are the tranSMART Foundation release artifacts. In the case of the war files, please note: the war files are intended to be replacements for those in an already installed system. A given war file will NOT constitute a complete system on its own; configuration files, data loading, and a raft of supporting software is needed. For details, see the instructions on the wiki at installing tranSMART 19.1

How to verify content and signature of the release artifacts

Each artifact (for example transmart.war) is to be unpacked as transmart.war, GWAVA.war, etc.

• gwava-release-19.1.war (7.1MB) save as GWAVA.war
• transmart-data-release-19.1.zip (24.0MB) unpack to directory transmart-data
• transmart-etl-release-19.1.zip (8.2MB) unpack to directory transmart-etl
• transmart-manual-release-19.1.zip (46.0MB) unpack to directory transmartmanual in the top level of the web server (e.g. /var/www/html/transmartmanual)
• transmart-batch-release-19.1.zip (1.3MB)
• Scripts-release-19.1.zip (0.2MB) For Ubuntu18.04 on a clean new system, unpack to directory transmart/Scripts and follow instructions. Ubuntu 20 will be tested soon.
